Your name, phone, e-mail, country and time zone; for owners, passport or NID, property details and documents, and a payout bank account; for tenants, NID, employer and references; for vendors, trade licence and payout account. We also record every action in an audit log: who, what, when and from where (IP address or device).
To manage your property or tenancy, collect and pay money, comply with the law, keep you safe from fraud, and send you the notices you need. We do not sell your data.
Only the roles that need it. NID, passport and bank details are masked for everyone else. Tenants never see the owner's payout, fees or other tenants. Public listings never show the owner's identity, flat number or exact address.
Inspection and job photos carry GPS and time stamps so you can trust them. They are shown only to the owner, the tenant of that flat, the vendor on that job and Amanot staff.
In Dhaka, landlords and tenants may be required to give tenant information to the police. We help prepare the form and share it only with the tenant's and owner's consent or where the law requires.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced on the server by role, staff use two-factor login, and backups are kept for 30 days.
