This website and the Amanot apps are for owners, tenants, vendors and staff of Amanot. Keep your login private; actions taken with your login are treated as yours.
Services, plans and fees are set out in your management agreement. Fees exclude 15% VAT. The fee calculator on this site is an estimate.
Rent and tenant-paid services are paid only through the payment methods in the app into Amanot's accounts. Never pay cash to any staff member or vendor. Report anyone who asks.
Approving a quote, invoice or payout in the app is a binding instruction. Money moves only after two people have acted.
We do not guarantee rent, give tax or legal advice, take title documents into custody without a receipt, or represent owners in title litigation.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app and by e-mail.
